ZagDance

Children following an adult leader in a line dancing.

ZagDance is a free after school dance program taught by current students in our Strategies for Dance Instruction class. ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ Dance Students learn how to teach creative movement to elementary school students in this semester-long service learning course. Our partnership with local elementary schools, as well as, with GU's Campus Kids creates a dynamic connection to our community and real-world/life experience for the ÌÇÐÄÊÓƵ Dance Students. This program culminates in a final showcase in our Magnuson Theatre where the elementary students get to show off the dances they learned for their friends and family.
