D.I.Y. Whitewashed Pallet Wall

I have been wanting a pallet wall forever! Now that we are in our cute little Beach Cottage, I can finally add in the perfect accent wall for our room. This whole project is pretty inexpensive since its recycling the use of pallets. I found mine on the side of the road and at a local dumpster. Lol, my husband says I get "crazed" eyes when I see a pallet in the trash as I say "Think of all things we can make with that one!" Yeah, I know I'm crazy but hey it turns out to be for a good reason!

This project was definitely a two person job! I would enlist someone to help you especially when disassembling the pallets, and hanging everything up. I'm so thankful for my husbands building skills...and tools! We only spent 30$ on this project, we had most everything so all we had to buy was the frame wood and some nails. I already had paint so we just used some left over colors.

If you want to see how we designed and built our gorgeous whitewashed pallet wall please watch the video below for all the instructions. I'm so proud of how this turned out, and if you decide to make a wall yourself please snap an after pic and tag me on Instagram (@alexsismae) so I can see your pallet wall!
