You know I just had to! I can't get something and not try it out! So here is my first application of a brown smokey eyeshadow with Urban Decay's NAKED 2 palette! This is an everyday look that is simply enough of a smoke look to pass right under the dramatic line. I hope you enjoy!

Hello Gorgeous! I am here to introduce the newest palette to my collection, Urban Decay's sequel to their Naked palette, NAKED 2! This assortment of shadows features rich pigments ranging from taupe and gray-beige naturals, plus five new shades that are exclusive to this pallet. If you check out the reviews on Sephora.com this product is awarded a 4.7 out of a possible 5 stars! With high regards to the long-lasting highly pigmented shades, the blendable creamy formula, to the high quality and ease of use. This is not your Walmart brand. With a high price of $50 (which you also get a wonderful duo eyeshadow brush), this amazing pallet is well worth the cost as it packs a punch and guarantees me a gorgeous look. Let's take a look at the shades...
From Left to Right: Foxy, Half Baked, Bootycall, Chopper, Tease, Snakebite, Suspect, Pistol, Verve, YDK, Busted, and Blackout
In the picture Below to the left you can also see what the shadow looks like on my skin. I love this range of matte, shimmer, and glitter shadows because I have multiple looks that I can create using the perfect shades for a naturally warm eye color. The picture to the right is to demonstrate the durability of the shadows...meaning that I took a rag and rubbed back and forth a few good times to see how much would still be on my skin. It has some SERIOUS staying power!
Your palette will also come with a duo shadow brush with a fluffy crease/blending end, and an all over eye end. A wonderful tool to mater a beautiful smokey eye!
So my overall rating on this palette? I give it 5 STAR'S! I know what my new and favorite go to palette will be, and what's great is that it's all in one and I can take it anywhere with me due to it's metal case!
If you have the NAKED 2 palette, what are your feelings about it?

I can't believe I haven't uploaded this already, but this is how I wear my hair on a daily basis!
Big fun waves that have been very popular in main steam media! If you have longer hair this style is really nice to wear for multiple occasions. You can also use this as a base for your updo curls, put a braid in it, and many other styles!
I hope you enjoy!

Ever wanted to know a great meal to cook, or get bored with your hair style, can't figure out what to wear, or need a fun Do it Yourself project? Pinterest is my GO TOO website with all the possibilities I could ever need!
From hair to food I never go without a new idea because of the wonderful and virtual world of Pinterest. It's like a magazine that you can share with the world and also get ideas from the world. I love it because I don't have to invest in books or other things, I simply go to Pinterest.com or my Pinterest app...click on a board I want to check out and find things I like. Since the picture is connected to a website source, it takes you to the page where that picture was published. So for instance I searched Pinterest for a "Barbie Ponytail" and it brought up all these "pins," I click on the one I like and pin it to my board.
So this picture below is what pulls up, I click repin (which get's saved to my hair styling board) or I can click on the picture...
To pull up the source from where the picture came, my blog site.
You can also follow people because it is a social site, so get started and check out all the fun stuff I have on

This incredible braid is something new that I just learned! Formed from 4 strands, I would say this is a advanced braiding technique that creates an amazing detail to any hairstyle! I will be creating some gorgeous bridal and prom hair styles with this braid in the future, but first I wanted to teach you how to do the braid on its own. I hope you enjoy!

The Golden Globes, ahh the movie stars dress their best and waltz down the red carpet to accept their awards. I could really care less of who won what, all I'm into is the dresses and how they are styled! I'm surprised to see that almost every hairstyle is vintage inspired waves, and makeup is natural elegance or a pop of lip color. Check out my favorite hair and makeup style...

I've had a big bust since I was about 13! It runs in the family...so basically I have the curse of curves. Like many women I've always had a hard time finding a bra that will will support, keep them straight, keep the strap from creeping up my back, not dig into my shoulders, have multiple ways I can wear it, and allow me to wear tube tops! It's taken me this long to truly say that I have found the bra I've always been dreaming about!
This is the Body by Victoria Secrets! It comes with reinforced sides and a major support system designed to make you look like your floating on air...not being dragged down. If you know what I mean ;)! Its a seamless fabric great for anything you need to wear it under, it conforms to your curves to create hold and a balanced bust. My favorite part is that it's a multi wear top and has adjustable straps that can be worn normal, criss cross, halter, one strap, and one strap cross! Also, it's the most comfortable wear that promises to make you feel great about your bust!
If you don't believe me, go try one on! You can purchase the bra from Victoria Secrets HERE in a range of colors for $45-$62 depending on the design and print. I hope this helps you find a bra that makes you smile!!!

Today more then ever fashion is like an infection that all women have. I call myself a shop-a-holic because I just absolutely love clothes and how many fun ways you can put them together! It's simply a habit. But do you ever, I know I do all the time, look into your HUGE closet and think "I have nothing to wear!" Yeah real problem on those days you just don't feel good or are having a mental breakdown when it comes to picking something out.
That's why I started my Clothing Diary. So i could record what I've worn and loved, how it looks, and when I wore it. I get most my ideas from influences around, such as; the mall, work, and television. But to be quite honest...PINTEREST is my biggest inspiration! I love that I have an entire look-book of things I love and things other people have already put together sort of like a quick and easy idea that you can put little effort and look gorgeous! Here are some of my favorite winter styles...
Follow my Fashion Desire board on Pinterest, and create your own! That way you can always have a great fashion day!

Yes, indeed! Cosmopolitan magazine dub's these haircuts worn by Cover Girl Julianne Hough and model Karlie Kloss to be the predicted style of 2013! Now I have to say that this is a new direction from the long mermaid hair, but I love this style!
A long layered short hair cut with a sexy swing and cool girl texture that is easy and manageable as well as versatile. I love this look because it's not your average "bob" haircut, it has more length and it's not such a precise or structured cut.
So if you're thinking about a new cut for a new year, pick out multiple pictures that best represent the direction you want to go and show them to your stylist. Remember it's not going to look exactly the same due to your face shape and features. Talk with your stylist and be sure to ask their opinion of what they think is a flattering choice for your facial structure as well as lifestyle!

As you may know, I purchase most of my makeup and skin care products from Sephora. I love my shopping experience there because the customer service is very helpful and their beauty consultants knows their beauty products! Which is very helpful when you enter the doors and are overwhelmed by a sea of brands, products, and colors. Knowing what product that is right for your skin and style can be a challange. That's what is so great at Sephora, there are willing people that will help guide you in the right direction!
Since I shop there quite frequently I have a level 2 Sephora VIB or Very Important Beauty rewards card. You don't pay anything for it, nor are there and hidden fees, just great benifits. I rack up on point which get's me free products and keeps me in the loop about awesome discounts. As well as I received a complimentary makeup application card and 10% off purchase card. So for New Years Eve I had a wonderful makeup artist show me new products (I'm sorry I don't remember every product used) for a natural polished look...
Above is my before picture, without a stitch of makeup. I explained to my consultant that I was going to our friends house for a sleepover/bon fire. So I didn't need a full face application, just a simple polished look.
The first thing she applied was Murad's Oil Control Moisturizer. To keep my skin hydrated but without shine, and protected with a SPF.
Then she worked on my eyes using light brown and nude gold cream shadows by Makeup Forever, Givenchy Noir Couture Mascara in black (On my wish list!), and a carmel brow pencil.
After the eyes are finished we got onto evening out my skin tone with Hourglass Veil primer, Clinique's Stay Matte foundation, and Benifit's High Beam highlighter.
Followed by Clinique's Stay Matte powder, NARS Foreplay Blush quad, and NARS Bronzing Powder called Laguna. (LOVED THIS BLUSH AND BRONZER!)
Then she painted in my lips with a sheer coral lip stain by YSL and shined it up with a YSL lip gloss.
Viola! I loved my makeup application that accentuated my natural features and created a soft and simple look! I also found some new products that are on my Wish list ;)
