Makeup Forever Mist & Fix

The life of a 21st Century woman is chaotic and busy. Whether you are working a full time job while balancing a social life, have 3 kids and are try to juggle their activities and meal times, or are a student getting from one class to another. Lets face it, we are always doing something to fill our day. Personally I know my life can get quite busy. I work at a salon part time, I am a freelance stylist, YouTuber and beauty blogger, as well as a wife. The last thing I need to worry about is carrying around a purse full of makeup to touch up anything that can't last throughout the day.
Thankfully there are many cosmetic products on the shelves that can stand a test of time. But to me there is nothing like an amazing setting mist to keep everything in place from when you leave early in the morning, then come home late at night. I've tried a few brands lik

e Victorias Secret and NYX to name a few, but nothing that I can honestly say has truly impressed me until I tried Makeup Forever's Mist & Fix.
Makeup Forever is a known brand that can accomplish everyday glam to film artistry. I went to their store inside of Sephora and quizzed them on their setting spray. I've heard it was good, but I always like to test things out myself so I know first hand before I recommend anything to anyone. Here is the rundown:
  • it's a lightweight fine mist
  • has a clean fragrance when sprayed then dries to no fragrance
  • after the mist dries you can't feel anything on your skin
  • it sets all types of makeup
  • leaves a natural finish
  • prolongs the wear of your makeup till you wash it off
  • holds up under extreme conditions (wore it to the beach and it did wonderfully)
  • its alcohol free!
  • you can use it to make your eyeshadow smudgproof and water resistant
  • it also protects your skin from external damage*
The proof is in the bottle! You can purchase this online of from the Sephora store (.84oz $12 & 4oz $29). Makeup sure you use this the RIGHT WAY! Apply your makeup and then spray in a T or X shape with two pumps about 12 inches away from your face, or your can spray directly on a tissue and pat it onto your skin. When people use it wrong it can seem like is doesn't work…because the user is using it incorrectly. Lol.
Anyways, I give this a MUST HAVE and will continue to repurchase this product for myself and for the brides I do makeup on. If you have used this product let me know what you think of it!
